"Anxiously waiting for my CT and US Scan Reports..."

Hi whilst I have great regard n respect all the staff at UHSM, am a little concerned about the delay in identifying the root cause of my acute pain. I got my CT Scan done on the 28th of Sep and an Ultra Sound done on the 5th of Oct 2013. Am still waiting for those reports so that I can discuss my case further with my GP. I called the desk several times only to hear that report is not yet ready as there is a huge backlog and mine is still on the queue. Does it really take a month to get the scan findings and reported?is there any way to hasten up this process? please help/advise as I still keep getting this lower abdominal n pelvic pain. all that I do now is take an antispasmodic tab like Buscopan. Am sick of this. I want to know what's wrong and what is the easier n better way to treat my illness rather than rely on some temporary relief from pills. Pls help/advise. Am happy to provide the UR number for reference and case history if required when am contacted over my email I'd mentioned. thanks
