Anything else?
I attended the Warwick Hospital open audiology clinic last Friday and I was impressed by the level of service I received. My mother now resides at a care home which she does not leave. She had lost the operative part of one of her hearing aids so I visited the open clinic with her remaining equipment to discover what was the best course of action. It became clear that my mother's aids were old and obsolete. Fortunately I had both moulds, and her last hearing test was in 2011. These two factors enabled the clinician to update the aids which I immediately took to my mother. When I visited my mother today she was a changed woman. Her aids are working efficiently and that makes a tremendous difference to her daily life. I have nothing but praise for the service I received, and I would like the staff to know what a difference their work makes to the lives of the patients concerned
