Excellent treatment

(as a service user),

I thought the treatment was excellent at first I was very depressed, I had just lost my job, my dad had a stroke. I felt suicidal and wasn't in the right place the therapy help me to motivate myself and try and do things myself. It made me feel better the changed over the next couple of were very good. I know how to deal with my depression and if needed I can go back to my therapy.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your experience.

You had clearly had a very difficult time when you started therapy. I am so glad you are now feeling better than you were and more motivated which clearly will help you to caryy on making progress.

It is really good to hear that you now know better how to manage your depression as that will certainly help you to feel more in control. Of course, if we can be of any further help in the future don't hesitate to get referred back to us.
