"understaffed"

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

Anything else?

ward 26 does not have enough nurses. people are pressing their buzzes and having to wait 20-30 minutes to use the toilet resulting in beds needing changing taking more time and costing more money. no information available as nurses being brought in from different hospitals, meds not given on time almost a weeks wait for a heart test and only after family intervention I feel for the nurses but obviously my priority is my family member and if no one comlains the nurses will not get any help looks like another tummy bug on its way lots of bedpan activity
