I have been coming to the eye infirmary now for a year, this is because I have macular odema in both eyes that have been very severe. I have been in A&E , blood monitoring and appointments monthly because of the condition. I am happy to say that I am nearly out of the woods :-) The doctors, nurses and Admin are under pressure because it is very busy, and I have to add that I have never received such brilliant care. They all do their very best to make sure everyone is seen too the best way possible. However, I have noticed a new computer system now slows appointments down and makes the nurses jobs a little more stressful. What was wrong with the previous system? Anyway, I would recommend anyone here as they really do respect the needs of others :-)
