About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

My daughter was referred via GP. The appointment came through for a school day so I've tried to rearrange for later in the day (after school hours) or during half term.

However, nothing was available until early 2014 and that was still during school hours! She has recently started secondary school and doesn't want to lose time from school.

We will have to keep allocated appointment.

Thank you for taking your time to write to TRAQS.

We understand your annoyance that your daughter was not able to be seen outside of school hours. Where possible TRAQS will offer a choice of appointment times and dates to suit the patient. Unfortunately, on this occasion, TRAQS had no control over the appointment times/dates available for your daughters required service.
