What I liked
In Jan 08 my father had an appointment at this hospital for a small lump on his ear.
it was a day case on a saturday morning. As I hadn't been to this hospital before I was unsure of where to goe. In the end I asked a few Cleaning ladies on their morning break for directions, and goodness me they took us their! they were chatting to my father who is 81yrs old and that help the pre opp nerves. It was a really good experiance for My Father Me - and it shouldn't matter whether you are a cleaner or a doctor within any hospital, you should be approachable! Thanks
What could be improved
Car Park is a bit of ripe off, it should be £1 all day and no more.
I don't think NHS Trust should be making money out of visitors to Hospital.
We are their for a reason, not visiting a fun park.
