I recently was a patient of the early pregnancy and ante natal clinics, as well as having day surgery. In total I interacted with five healthcare practitioners and various others on the telephone/reception. I was absolutely blown away with the care, attention and empathy I got from everyone I interacted with. The level of compassion was outstanding, given that patients like me are an everyday occurrence. In addition, I was seen extremely quickly and what was a bad situation, was made better knowing that the NHS has such wonderful people working for it. Overall a very professional service. Well done WMUH - you should be very proud.
