after having surgery for piles I found I could not pass urine,i informed the sister of this around mid afternoon she keep saying I was free to go home even though she new I couldn't take a p.The duty doctor was the total opposite he wanted me to stay the night and have a catheter fitted but said he would give me time to go naturally, he also advised me to walk up and down the hallway which I did,upon leaving my room the sister shouted or good are you going home to which the doctor said something to her which I couldn't quite hear.luckily for me this walk did the trick and I managed to go to the loo.i felt the standard of care I received at this hospital was a joke I wont be going back.
