"A&e waiting time"

Just spent 8 hours in a&e this is just not on the longest I've ever spent in a hospital it seemed like mayhem patients were complaining in every corner what's gone wrong with this hospital. Have the staff been pushed over the edge with to much work load. Honestly I think this is the case. The hospital seems to be at bursting point.
