I can't find the words to say how impressed I was with the care I received when I was admitted to Warwick hospital last Sunday night. The A&E team were very thorough, efficient and reassuring, from the reception team right through to the nurses and doctors. Having been admitted to Fairfax Ward in the middle of the night, I felt reassured immediately that I was in capable and caring hands. Luckily my stay was for just a couple of days but in that time I witnessed a really motivated team that worked well together, taking pride in delivering excellent care efficiently but with a real personal touch. How the team manage to do that in such a pressurised and high turnover environment is incredible and I have nothing but praise for everyone I came into contact with - the lady who brings the coffee, the healthcare assistants and the nursing staff...excellent.
