In July, I was diagnosed with cancer which required urgent treatment with chemotherapy AND radiotherapy at the same time (How did I get to be so lucky?!!) My treatment involved having radiotherapy every day for 6 weeks. Grim stuff but the staff at QA greatly lightened my load. Both the Oncology & Radiotherapy Departments at QA were simply wonderful; efficient, helpful, nothing was too much trouble, lovely smiling and caring staff. Obviously, I don't know about other departments at QA but, if you HAVE to have cancer, there is no better place than QA for treatment. All thanks to all at QA who made a difficult situation bearable and, on occasions, even, fun!
