While my wife and I find the staff at the hospital very good they are let down by the fact that prescription medicines have to be obtained from the in house pharmacy run by Lloyds chemists the service is appalling I suppose they have a captive client base so they do not care how long you have to wait everyone seems to be complaining about the service. They sometimes do not have the items required and expect you to return to the hospital to collect it. Most people would rather use their local pharmacy's who in most cases will deliver items they do not have in stock free of charge. What happened to freedom of choice in the N.H. S. we can choose our doctors, our Hospitals and even our surgeons' so in the case of Weston Hospital why not our Pharmacy ?
