What I liked

the hospital is lovely, clean and presentable a few years ago my son then 2 was seriously ill near death and they were fantastic with my son and my husband and i, the care an attention they gave was remarkable, we were informed about everything they did , what they were going to do and why, my youngest had a bad asmtha attack and he nearly died too and again i cannot say how much they responeded to his needs,

What could be improved

i feel the nurses need to be reconized for the work they do and the bad things they have to put up with from day to day and they should be commended and rewarded in there pay packet becasue it is not an easy job.

We do value the contribution of staff and have one of the best track records in the NHS for training and development and supporting staff in their career. We also hold annual achievement awards for staff.
