What I liked

My husband spent over two weeks on ward C3, staff care was excellent, the ward was clean, all staff friendly and approachable and informative.

Staff do an excellent job. Thank you to all of them. A credit to the hopsital.

What could be improved

food still not always great and patientline costs especially for telephone far too high. I appreciate they need to provide staff and epquipment but many people dont use the service because they cant afford it.

The staff on C3 will be very pleased to hear that you were so pleased with the care your husband received - thank you very much for letting us know. It is difficult to please all our patients and visitors regarding the food, but we do take their views into account. With regard to Patientline costs, the money from this goes back to Patientline, not the hospital.
