This hospital is fantastic.I was admitted as an emergency patient,from Whiston A & E from the outset I was informed of everything that was going on.All medical staff instilled in me a sense of calm confidence,in what was a very traumatic and frightening time.The after care in the ccu dept and Birch ward was second to none .My relatives received the same attention from the reception area all the way through to my discharge from Birch ward.Every member of staff in this hospital is to be commended.Very well done.
