I had an appointment at the Hysteroscopy rooms this week. Although it is not the most dignified of procedures I felt that I was treated so kindly by the staff and put at ease as far as possible. The nursing staff that explained the procedure and sat with me during and after could not be faulted. I was very touched by their kind and caring attitude, and appreciated it very much. Many thanks.
