My daughter had pains in her abdomen, so we rang 111 and were told to go to our GP out of hours service.
It was such a reassuring experience, from the friendly and welcoming receptionists to the gentle and professional emergency care practitioner and GP at the Westbourne Centre. We only had to wait about 10 minutes and the waiting room was comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Just a brilliant service.
