"not as good as should be"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Anything else?

Recently visited the hospital i first became concerned when everyone was complaining about the food and family members were providing food for the patients. When observations were being done they were being written on the hands of nurses or pieces of paper no techology being used infront of people. lots of families were complaining about the care that was being offered to pacients. some had wet clothes placed in to locker. very disatisfied with what i have seen at the hospital very alarming and needs to be investigated
