"I hope my wife's operation works out better."

About: Royal Preston Hospital

Anything else?

After being told to take my wife straight to hospital asap with a gall bladder problem, go straight to ward 12 and she will be admitted , wow what greeted us surprised us, chaos it was utter shambles one poor bloke had been there from 8.30am, I arrived at 8.00pm!! he got looked at midnight .nobody knew what was going on, there were people waiting for hours and hours in so much pain, sorry I know you guys do a tough job but that was a total mess, I ended up taking my wife home at 3.00 am and was told to bring her back for a scan at 10.00am next day, we arrived next day at 9.45 only to be told she couldn't have her scan until 1.00pm, after that we were told there had been a mix up with her blood tests the day before, we got out after waiting 45 minutes for her meds at just before 5.00pm don't let me start on the £20 I got stiffed for in the car park. not a good experience. and Im trying to reassure my wife she's going to be in safe hands.
