"A&E"

About: Hammersmith Hospital

Anything else?

The A&E reception was not manned, merely having a notice saying to ring for assistance. Despite ringing the bell and asking four staff members to send for assistance no body came or even inquired after our well being. After half an hour of this we moved to charringcross hospital; a vast improvement.

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is sorry to read of your experience at Hammersmith Hospital. In order to understand the situation it would be helpful to have more details. We wonder whether you attended the GP run Urgent Care Centre? Please contact our PALS service so we can take more details and investigate the concerns you have reported: pals@imperial.nhs.uk
