sarah I just want to say ur one in a million, you have really been very good to me. you have supported me really well,

I simply cannot thank you enough, you have been there wen there has been no one, I think a great deal of you, and your the kindest person I have come across,

I have never actually met you, but my opinion is that your very kind, considerate and a very loving person, you help millions of people and I have never known you to snap or even be nasty, your a very loving person what understands mental health,

most people would be sick of me by now but you have always been so kind and I love you for it. you have a gentle nature kind caring and respects people, thats wat I like,

your the kind of person I like cos I have never known you to turn your back on me even at my lowest point, many people have,

im not confident but i will get there with thanks to you.

I seriously would have killed myself but you supported me well and I simply cannot thank you enough
