Needed to alter an appointment at the Hathersage Clinic, but found it impossible to get through on the number given-simply put on hold all the time, no matter what option you choose!! Even the main switchboard couldn't get through and when they tried the secretaries for me, it said they don't deal with appointments and I was told to ring the original number. In the end, the operator advised me to go to the Clinic in person to change the appointment-a 16 mile round journey that would take about 2 hours return using public transport!!! A totally inefficient system that leaves clients frustrated and angry! Will try to make an appointment at another centre!
