"telephone call"

Anything else?

I have just telephoned for the times of visiting on ward F12 and was answered by "a robot" no name given, spat out visiting times, when I tried to ask about a patient (client) I had no time to complete my sentence other than to ask if she was still there. I was answered with "Yes she is" and the phone was put down. Dismissed or What? I was going to ask how she was but did not get the chance. I just hope they treat my friend better than that!!
