I have contacted NHS direct with regards to my daughter's health concern tonight, 29/09/2013. She has been given an appointment by NHS direct , and has been given an appointment ant QE2 promptly, the problem has been resolved very quickly and efficiently, I cannot stress more how grateful I am as for such a fantastic, professional approach by NHS and our local hospital! Thank you so very much

Whilst the appointment made was probably for the GP out-of-hours service that is based at the QEII, rather than the hospital itself, nonetheless we're pleased to see that your daughter was looked after so well. Thank you for getting in touch.
