(as a relative),

We've had to speak to a ward manager today as we believe a member of staff is bullying our 91 year old aunt.

I thought she would at least get a bit of respect, considering she's worked since she was 14 and has paid into the NHS since it's first existence.

I'm bloody furious to be honest. To think of her lying in bed crying because she's scared to ask for a commode makes my blood boil.
