In my opinion service from reception / admin is virtually non-existant. You now have to register your arrival for appointments by machine. You cannot request repeat prescriptions by phone as they don't have enough staff but instead have to make a trip in to fill in a form then another trip to actually collect the prescription. Very convenient! I don't think they've ever heard of customer service. It's little wonder people go to A&E instead!
