From the time I arrived to the time I left their was nothing but care, compassion and respect shown to me.
The staff there were wonderful and very understanding. I did require an examination and the male nurse on duty first asked my permission and made sure that my dignity was maintained throughout, which was welcomed by myself being a female.
I was observing hand hygiene and infection control and I must say that this was 100%...... I think it only fair to highlight when such a good job is being done as it is important that staff know they are valued so pass this on to the Minor Injuries staff.
