Visited the new accident and emergency today very smart clean and tidy staff well presented and very professional but when you get there you need to check yourself in using computers I feel this is out of order either an excuse for staff to sit around whilst computers do there work for them or more likely not enough staff to do the job properly I know we are in an age of computers but in this instance they do not work please get rid of them and have a bit of person to person interaction especially in the accident emergency computers are fine to book in for an appointment but totally inappropriate in this environment it can't tell the nature of your distress and some people are unable to fill it out all in all everything there is good just get rid of the computer booking in system and it will be better
