"disgusting care and insults in A&E"

due to my condition i have lost two stone in the last two months and have been told i have a 1-5 chance of dying i have an attack when i went to grimsby A&E on monday 23/9/13 i was told that i looked like a drug addict by the A&E ward sister which i didn't not find very funny or professional as i have friends who had drug problems earlier on in life, she probably said this because i am now just skin and bone and have several marks on the inside of my arms from having many canulars placed in my arms from several admissions over the last month, on the morning of the 24/9/13 i was sent back to A&E at 6:30 am as i was in agony and having another attack. when sitting on a wheelchair i was leaning forward in pain shoulders touching my knees and my arms wrapped around my legs the doctor then came to take me to an x-ray when he pulled the chair backward i went head over heels smacking my knees and forehead on the ground the doctor then refused to help me up and made it very clear using a ignorant tone in his voice. this has completely made me lose my trust in the health care service given by grimsby hospital and i feel that next time i am in agony i shall just stay at home and take my chances of surviving than be insulted and given terrible care of
