"total hip replacement"

About: Leighton Hospital

Anything else?

Although it took 3 years of visiting GP's and consultants at various different hospitals and clinics to get a diagnosis-I have no idea why it took them so long, or why it was so difficult as I had thought the problem obvious! In fact it was a senior consultant nurse from Leighton hospital who finally diagnosed the problem and got things moving. When I was admitted to Leighton Hospital in Crewe the experience was made very much easier by the amazing team that dealt with my hip replacement. Nothing was too much trouble and they were cheerful and positive from start to finish. Consultants, nurses, physios were brilliant and i would like to thank them all. I just wish I hadn't had to suffer so much pain for three years due to the inability of others to diagnose what was a pretty simple ailment. It took 2 years before I could get an MRI on the hip which was instigated by the nurse form Leighton - it clearly showed my hip had completely broken down. So thank you and your wonderful team 10 out of 10!
