Never be admitted into Macclesfield NHS Hospital on a Friday afternoon as various diagnostic departments simply don't open over a weekend. Clearly the hospital does not expect to treat illness on Saturdays and Sundays. Surely such management cannot be cost effective? Also why does the hospital employ a foreign sub nurse in MAU who has an inability to communicate in English?
