I have visited the centre three times this year, twice for appointments with the Rheumatology team and once for an emergency appointment with the eye clinic. On each occasion I was treated promptly and courteously by reception staff, nurses and doctors. My questions were answered fully and I was given plenty of information about my condition and treatment options. I didn't feel rushed or patronised and was made to feel I was involved in a two-way discussion. The building was clean and well signposted and the waiting areas pleasant and spacious. Altogether an excellent experience.
