"impressed with our child's care from start to..."

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

Anything else?

Our Severely autistic child needed an MRI scan. Paediatrician was excellent - listened and understood. Radiology staff contacted us so that they could assist with preparation. Staff on the day of his scan were brilliant, friendly, approachable, accomodating, understanding. They worked with us before hand to do all they could to assist our son and make this experience for him as easy as possible. But I cannot fault in this case. They even asked for some social stories that our speech therapist had provided so that the staff could use them with other children who had similar issues. Anaesthetist aslo excellent.

Response from Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital

Wow what fantastic feedback. We know that we've got some of the best staff around in the NHS, but this shows how just how far they will go not just to suppport their patients but to make sure that the experience is as good for them as it can be. They will be delighted to read your feedback, which is winging its way to them as we speak!
