Our Severely autistic child needed an MRI scan. Paediatrician was excellent - listened and understood. Radiology staff contacted us so that they could assist with preparation. Staff on the day of his scan were brilliant, friendly, approachable, accomodating, understanding. They worked with us before hand to do all they could to assist our son and make this experience for him as easy as possible. But I cannot fault in this case. They even asked for some social stories that our speech therapist had provided so that the staff could use them with other children who had similar issues. Anaesthetist aslo excellent.
