Dear Angelgran

Firstly, I am very sorry to hear that you have been feeling so unwell. I imagine this is a really difficult time for you, so thank you for finding the time to share your recent experience of care - all feedback from our patients is so important because it helps us improve.

I am really sorry that you haven’t found the staff at Wansbeck to be warm and friendly. It is essential that all our patients have both confidence and trust in all the staff that care for them and it concerns me greatly that this not the case for you.

The situation you describe is not something we would ever want any of patients to experience and I would really like to help. If you feel this would be helpful to you, please contact me at annie.laverty@northumbria-healthcare.nhs.uk or alternatively call me on 07876502899.

Best Wishes,
