All I can say is 'wow'. My sister was referred by her consultant in Guildford, her appointment was today and what an experience from the moment we walked into the hospital. The doctor and his team were fantastic, to even a research student who escorted down to the hematology department for my sister to have her bloods taken, to seeing us right back to the front entrance. If you could ever say a hospital experience is a good one this was it. Thank you to the doctor and his team. Jane and sisters.
