"I was transferred to this hospital ..."

What could be improved

I was transferred to this hospital after moving up from London and was seen when 12 weeks pregnant as High Risk due to a previous late miscarriage.

I was not given a plan of care, was booked in with the consultant I was under for a procedure which I had to wait 3 weeks for as they were going on holiday, only to have someone else carry out the procedure who I had never met and as far as I am concerned was not aware of my history.

I have subsequently moved myself to Saint Mary's but not too late to lose the baby sadly.
