What I liked

i liked the modern faciliteis and that the nursing staff made you feel very welcome and special.

What could be improved

the surgeons and physiotherapists could actually try listening to your views and concerns. as for all it is your body and you have to live with it.

Thank you for leaving the comments. All staff are encouraged to listen to the views of patients and address any concerns. New guidance on this from the British Medical Association was included in our latest clinical bulletin, which stressed the importance of this approach.
