I was on the phone for 45 mins hoping to book an interpreter but in vain. The switchboard keep transfering my call either to the wrong department, to o2 messaging or to an answering machine who asked you not to leave a message. Very frustrated. If they can put me through to the right person the first time I called that could have saved the tax payer's money and also my time.
