What I liked

I felt I was thoroughly well looked after during my stay in both J3 and F6 wards.

J3 - The constant care by dedicated nurses and doctors is quite amazing. The single rooms are a fantastic facility. Once it was found I was ok to be moved I was transferred to F6.....

After the first night I was lucky enough to be placed in in my own room. Again this was much appreciated, although the heating at this end of the ward doesn't work very well or very efficiently. I received daily reports, test results, etc about my condition from the doctors. The nursing staff were so kind and professional at all times, with the ability to share a joke or a bit of banter at the right moment to make the day go round.Once I was able to eat again I thought the food was of a very good standard. Very tasty!
