What I liked

i have visited north manchester and i have seen improvments with food and staff but i do feel that i have to say i liked very little in terms of staff treatment by other colleagues ,attitudes have got worse and on many occasions i have witnessed bad attitudes towards staff and patients by some although a minority nurses on medical wards. the care auxillarys play a big part if not the main part in patient care and should be treated with more respect.

What could be improved

nurses attitudes must be improved their attitude is appauling and a disgrace to the proffession,thank god there are some caring ones left, the medical wards need to change . as a visiting relative it makes me fear for relations going into hospital.
