From the prompt book in and quick triage through to Resus my experience in A&E this evening was first class the care given by the Consultant and their nurse and the courtesy and team work from all the other staff was first class. As a regular attendee due to HAE this was by far the smoothest treatment. The only downside is having to leave without my emergency drugs since no pharmacy but that is not quite as big a problem now that I am allowed to have two doses prescribed but had I required a second dose in A&E which has happened before this would have been a problem.
