What I liked

I was a day patient at the Day Services Unit, the staff were extremely helpful and went through everything step by step even though i only had a Local Anesthetic i was still treated like as though i had a General Anesthetic the staff in theathers were lovely and all in all it went well and i was allowed home within a few hours , many thanks to all concerned and especially to the consultant and their team on ENT .

What could be improved

Nothing had a very good experience.
