What I liked

I was picked up by the ambulance men who were lovely and reassuring

I was seen by a doctor half hour later but the nurses were really nice and calmed me down

I was really sick after a bad reaction to antibiotics

What could be improved

I think the head nurse could have been a bit more pleasant
