What I liked

Speed of treatment provided by freindly informative staff (from consultant to cleaner)

What could be improved

They are good people but maybe there are not enough on nights ?

On the ward during the day there were plenty of staff. The 3 night staff seemed to be just about coping with their duties as a patient became very ill overnight. It seemed like 3 was enough to cope when everything was running to plan. The sound of a Doctor shouting out "I need help here". Followed moments later by "Will somebody please help me" Made me feel like getting out of bed to assist.

Thank you for taking time to leave the feedabck. Along with other hospitals across the country we are currently developing a scheme called Hospital at Night which looks at how we can best care for patients overnight.
