What I liked
I have been an in-patient about three times now, all in 2008 :
-- A+E is fantastic; its smallish so waiting times not too bad, always less than 4hrs and really really clean -- you can see your reflection in the floor!
-- The admissions wards H3+H4 also lovely, good sized bed areas, attentive nurses, clean
-- If you are unfortunate enough to have to remain in hospital for a bit longer no doubt you will be transferred to a ward - I was on general medical, it was like something out of Florance's day not enough nurses they were rushed off their feet all day and felt quite abandoned
