19/9/2013 ward 12F, Arrived yesterday and dumped in a room for 4 hours before anybody bothered to look in then asked for a drink of water and waited another hour for it to arrive. I cannot eat solid food and have been given exactly the opposite to what the dietitian requested.to be told I'm wrong and should have eaten my meals. Also have found faeces smeared on wall of bathroom and after waiting 16 hours for it to be removed my wife cleaned it up whilst in tears. Have lost count of the times i've seen nurses messing around on their iPhones and cannot believe how much contempt they have for any patient that asks for help or information. The royal London hospital is not fit for purpose.a disgraceful place to be sick in.
