About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

My doctor referred me to an ENT consultant after antibiotics failed to clear an ear infection.

Within a week I received a letter from TRAQS and information on hos to book my appointment.

I was seen at Bridgnorth clinic the following week and then again the following Monday, Mr Pritchard saw me at PRH. Everything was well organised and I think the system is extremely efficient and easy to use.

Within 2 weeks I had another appointment for a CT scan.

We aim to process all referrals within 5 working days of receipt to ensure that patients are offered the earliest possible appointment at a location of their choice. I am happy to note that we were able to secure an appointment at Bridgnorth Hospital and that you are happy with the treatment path put in place for you.
