Attended an ultrasound appointment in the Orthopaedic Ultrasound Outpatients Department.
Arrived to pleasant reception area and effective receptionist. Seen on time and although the whole session with the consultant was only 6 minutes, I felt I was treated with respect and dignity and given all the information I needed.
I felt very confident and reassured leaving the hospital. A true example of efficiency and best customer care.
