My 18 year old daughter just had an endoscopy in the hospital. The staff were so nice in reassuring a very nervous 18 year old, they were very kind and efficient. The ward is clean, and you are made to feel welcome. You get a choice of snack to have after your treatment, always something to look forward to after not eating for 6 hours or so. The consultant saw her before and after and again put her at ease. This was done on the NHS, and I cannot fault it, don't be nervous and just put yourself in their more than capable hands.
